CALAMARI SPAGHETTI
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack of spaghetti
- 1 pack of cooked calamari Marina Del Rey
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp of hot peppers in oil
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 French shallot chopped
- ½ cup of chopped cherry tomatoes
- ¼ cup red wine
- 1 can tomatoes coulis (480 g)
- Fresh parsley
PREPARATION
- In a pan, add the olive oil, the garlic, the chili, and the shallot. Cook on low heat for 4 minutes.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes.
- Cook the spaghetti following the instructions on the package.
- Deglaze the pan with the red wine and reduce. Add 100 ml of pasta water and the can of tomatoes coulis, and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the calamari and the spaghetti finish with some fresh parsley.
