HAWAIIAN SHRIMP POKE BOWL
You’ve seen them with tuna, you’ve seen them with salmon – but have you ever tried a shrimp poke bowl? You’re about to.
INGREDIENTS
- 7 Marina Del Rey Wild Caught Argentinian Shrimp
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Sesame Seed
- 1 Cup of Short-Grain Sushi Rice
- 1 Cucumber, chopped
- 1 Carrot, shredded
- 1/2 Avocado, sliced
- 1 Mango, diced
- Salt & Pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook rice and drain.
- In a large skillet, throw in shrimp, sesame oil, sesame seeds and a squeeze of 1/2 lemon. Cook for about 5 minutes until pink.
- Place rice in a bowl, followed by assorted toppings (cucumber, carrot, avocado, mango) and then shrimp. Add salt and pepper for taste. Top with sesame seeds.
